This factory was built, the day I was born.
Back then it was busy, bustling with life and joy.
They even named it after me.
This used to be a happy place, back when I was a boy.
After a few years, the walls came up.
It was thought normal, back then.
Were they all wrong?
Suddenly, it was impossible to get in.
Now the walls are crumbling.
The people are standing all around.
What happened here?
Once there was life, now only an empty ground.
All the people trying to get close.
Peering through dark windows, trying to look inside.
All the machines are gone.
Everybody wonders, what made it all slide.
Impossible to see it clearly.
Brown windows, like dark mirrors to the soul.
Can this ever be undone?
I remember this place in red and gold.
Feels strange visiting, after all these years.
The place now an empty shell, broken down.
All the workers have left.
Will they all make it on their own.
A factory built on blood and tears.
This was once a great success.
The place is dead.
Nobody heard the call of distress.
Maybe someday, the buildings will rise again.
Untill then, the people leave it alone.
Too complicated a job.
To rebuild this place, stone by stone.
I find myself walking, shifting through the rubble.
Finding broken pieces, nobody was supposed to see.
A note amidst it all, crumbled and torn.
I´m lost, please won´t you find me?
