    Efter en lang omgang, hvor motivationen har slet ikke var der, lykkedes det endelig at komme igang. Har reduceret programmet lidt, så kroppen kan følge med. Lårene var allerede ret ømme efter 2 sæt backsquat med 100kg.

    2015-04-25: CFC Mobiltetsworkshop

    3 timers mobilitet workshop hvor der udover lidt slideshow også var tid til en del praktisk øvelser til at bestemme hvor ens problemer er. Ikke overraskende, er det primært hæl, skulder og øvre krop. Fint arragement. Der kommer en mail med øvelserne, så jeg må vist bare igang med det lange seje træk.

    2015-04-07: VL hold

    Efter en snak med Pernille forsøgte jeg på et VL hold. Det var ikke nogen success. Chris var dog flink nok til at udstyre mig med nogle forslag til hvordan jeg får opbygget en bedre mobilitet i skulderne, så jeg må jo bare arbejde målrettet. Timen forløb primært med disse øvelser og forsøg på OHS.
