2015-07-18: Dødløft

Har cyklet til/fra arbejde hele ugen, det har åbenbart givet lidt problemer for ventre knæ. Så da jeg løftede 140kg gjorde det ondt i venstre knæ, på bagsiden. Ikke noget vildt. Men skal vist være lidt forsigtigt.
