Stars

Two glittering stars found their way into the night.
Next to each other in the big dark sky, always in sight.
For millions of years they will last.
Even though all other life has passed.
They've been there from the very start.
They need each other and will never part.
Leading and guiding they'll forever do.
Shining and believing in what is true.
Nobody can ever make them go away.
It's meant to be, they're here to stay.
One star is you the other is me.
Faithful like no other I'll always be.
Two stars together can light up the whole sky.
If one of them can't shine no more, the other will die.
